    The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page two, section one, line one, following the word “authorized” by inserting the following:

    “with the following amendment: on page one, section two, lines fifteen and sixteen, following the words ‘W.Va. Code’, by striking ‘§16-5P-1' and inserting in lieu thereof ‘§16-5P-15'; and

    On page three, section seven, line twenty-eight, by striking out all of subsection 7.3.”
